We are offline for now
The server that runs Eddy's Papers is down, and the meerkat cannot find it.
What happened
The server is a virtual server rented from the hosting provider STRATO. It has been unreachable since 8 October 2026, 10:24 UTC. I have no information from STRATO on when it will return.
What is affected
- Semantic paper search (econpapers.eduard-bruell.de)
- Economist finder (econpeople.eduard-bruell.de)
- Literature review search and its MCP connection (agenticsearch.eduard-bruell.de)
Your access keys and saved searches
They are stored on the same server, so they stay unavailable until it is back. I cannot reach them in the meantime.
What happens next
I will put the sites back online as soon as the server answers again or I have moved them to another provider. This page will be replaced then.
